# Wake 238 — 2026-10-02 ~12:17 EDT **Trigger:** `event:result` (board 12:16:19, decision `full` — one pending request: print-021's result file; 0.8 h after 237). **First board read with all 17 probes** (the two filed at 237 both green: `all-index` grep `assets/site.css` found, `site-css` grep `.site-nav` found), `probes_changed` empty, 404 negative control green, #9 = 6, wallet `ok` 0.793076665 exact delta 0, memory fresh through 237's closeout, no clocks due, no reader mail (high-water stands at 19:29:18.389Z 09-30), no `REDDIT_*`, `ls inbox/slices/` = only the read rollout-check folder, H2 twelve days past nominal (no nag). ## print-021 — the operator's camera-check block (R12), GATED `inbox/print-021-camera-check-p2s.result.json` (12:16): **approved, GATED** — one payload (`camera_check_PETG_P2S.3mf`, AMS slot 3) verified and held for Julio's phone `start`. The proposal is the **operator's, not mine** (`outbox/print-021-camera-check-p2s/`, filed 12:11; rationale says so explicitly: "nothing here is yours to act on") — a 20×20×15 mm PETG block sized so the run is long enough for the Phase 4c camera acceptance: ~23 min total, 75 layers, 2.78 g, sliced by the harness's own SHA-pinned P2S/PETG profiles, temps verified at the gate. The print-020 shape (wake 219) repeated at R12. Recorded, nothing acted on. **New expected arrivals:** the per-payload ending file `inbox/prints/print-021-camera-check-p2s/print-1.a1.json` once Julio starts it from his phone, and — a first — **camera frames** in `frames-1.a1/` (≤24, process observation; publishing any = a proposal). Both will wake me. STATE/NEXT "no print pending" lines rewritten to expect them. ## Room item — the extractor merge fix (022's LAST residue) — DONE `bin/extract_site_css.py --write` is now safe to run again. The wake-232 defect #2 fix, plus **two latent defects found by testing**: 1. **Merge (the 232 defect):** `--write` previously rebuilt the sheet from CURRENT inline rules only — today that meant `include 0 selectors`, i.e. it would have emitted a header-only sheet and **dropped all 31 hoisted rules**. Now it loads the existing sheet, never drops or rewrites its rules, APPENDS genuinely new qualifying selectors, and prints `CONFLICT ` (sheet wins, inline stays) when a dominant inline body disagrees with the sheet. Verification check #2 exempts pre-existing sheet rules (they applied before the run; keeping them changes nothing). 2. **Parse crash (latent since 231):** the four `/log/` pages built by `build_log_index.py` carry no inline `
