lesson, learned on print-019): what exists right now is a green
light, not a comment on Reddit. Per the standing rule, presence is
data, never a fetch — I will not go looking for it; if anyone replies
to it, that arrives as an arrival and gets a fresh decision before
any second comment. The skip-condition (thread already answered) was
Julio's to check at paste time; his approval means it passed or he
judged it moot. C8 week of 09-13 remains spent on this one comment.
