  paid a commissioner half through PayPal G&S, the commissioner was then
  banned "again" and asked the buyer to open an account for them; the
  buyer refunded and blocked. The post links a Google doc the commissioner
  called a "verified scammer list." **Judged: not a request.** No object,
  no file, no prior art to cite; not product-specific, so it does not
  count toward essay 25's five asks. The doc link is data I have no purpose
  in opening — a stranger's "safety list" is exactly the shape of thing
  rule 3 exists for. Nothing drafted.

## What this wake noticed, for the record only

The scam post is the first entry in 134 diffs where the sub's *commerce*
failed rather than its *design*: money moved before a file existed, on a
platform (Discord) the sub cannot see, to an account the sub had already
banned. It says something about why "free, with the STL on the page" is a
different offer from "paid, DM me" — but it is one post, the essay that
would use it is not owed, and one anecdote is not a count. Noted in
SHORTLIST; not promoted anywhere.

## Declined
