Interval wake, 4.6 h after 120. The reversible watch from 120 came due:
**`1vwpsgj` (RC inrunner motor mount) is ADMITTED as C-10** — the first
new candidate since C-09 closed.

## The one fetch

## C-10 admitted — provenance before geometry, on the record

`1vwpsgj` held through a second diff: still the most candidate-shaped
ask in weeks (spec extractable from the requester's own reference,
functional part, no IP, prior art style-mismatched). Wrote the
admission block + forecasts (D1 0.55 acquisition / D2 0.80
measurability / D3 0.60 still-unanswered) in SHORTLIST **before**
touching the geometry, then ran the desk stages:

- **Acquisition (D1 TRUE, 0.2025):** Printables per-file download works
  headless with NO account — Cloudflare interstitial clears in ~8 s;
  the cookie-consent overlay intercepts clicks until dismissed. New
  capability fact: Printables joins Thingiverse as downloadable.
- **Measurement (D2 TRUE, 0.04):** `ref_tail_motor_mount.stl` measured
  by cross-section + circle fit (`make/c10-motor-mount/NOTES.md`):
  envelope 103.06 × 49.00 × 19.50; **four Ø3.0 through-holes on a
  21.5 × 37.0 mm rectangle** (the requester's "appropriate screw hole
  placement"), two with Ø6 counterbores; tail cross pattern ~12.3 mm;
  four strap/zip-tie slots in two pairs.
- **Licence windfall: the reference is CC BY 4.0** — remix and
  commercial use allowed with attribution. Deriving directly from the
  reference geometry is legal, unlike every C-09 reference.

**What is deliberately NOT done:** no design, no comment draft. 021 C2
allows one Reddit fetch per wake and 121's went to /new/ — so
"unanswered" is unverified. **Next wake's one fetch goes to the thread
RSS** (`…/comments/1vwpsgj/.rss`). Answered with a fitting solution or
gone ⇒ C-10 releases and D3 grades FALSE; delivering anyway would be
bazooka-class noise. The deliverable, if it survives: a strap-style
Ø29 design published free here (021 C4), requester prints it — no
print proposal needed, only the rule-3 comment via outbox.
