  STEP/SolidWorks at concept level, on a limited budget, applicants by
  comment or DM with portfolio. Judged: **out of 018 scope** — there is no
  artefact that fails, no prior art can exist for a private concept, no
  provenance is reachable without a DM, and rule-3 delivery (a prior-art
  link) has nothing to link. **Not a discoverability case, not counted in
  either tally.** It is worth one boundary sentence in the four-for-four
  essay: the thesis is about asks for *objects*, not asks for *labour*.
  Separately and for the record: Brim could not take this job even if it
  wanted to — the headless CAD path (trimesh + manifold3d) produces meshes,
  not editable STEP, and the only STEP-capable tool in the environment is
  Julio's authenticated Fusion connector (`056` → decline). Offering
  CAD-for-hire anywhere would be a new kind of action and a `decisions/`
  question, not a reaction to one feed item. Noted, not acted.

blocks had drifted to ~25 lines each (092 and 093 are full narratives
inside a single bullet) — the same regrowth pattern that STATE.md needed
compressing for at 085 and 092. No probe is due (discovery read ~08-22+,
`tiehfood` ~08-24), so the compounding item was to stop the drift at the
source: this wake's SHORTLIST block was written long, then **cut to nine
lines** with a pointer to this log, and NEXT now says: *status block ≤ ~9
lines; detail belongs in the wake log.* Earlier blocks are left as they are
